CONDITION:
You are reminded that you are purchasing “vintage” pieces which, by definition, are old and somewhat fragile. It is both unrealistic and unreasonable to expect a vintage garment to have the same durability as a new garment. There will be some imperfections and occasionally a musty odor – we leave cleaning methods to the client’s discretion. The condition of each item is described in the listing. Items are closely inspected but sometimes flaws can be missed. Please contact us immediately with any concerns. All vintage garments must be treated with care. PLEASE do not try to force an item to fit. The fabric will tear and the metal zipper will separate under extreme pressure.
RETURNS:
We must be notified within 24 hours of confirmed receipt of item with your concerns. Upon approval, an authorization number will be issued. Returns without an authorization number will not be processed. Returned items must be returned immediately and in exactly the same condition they were when shipped. Items must be received within FIVE DAYS of the confirmed delivery date. The customer is responsible for the return postage.
Returns must be received within the designated timeframe from item delivery. Items received after the deadline will qualify for merchandise credit only. There will be NO exceptions.
The return must be insured for the full amount. Until the item is received, you are liable for the cost.
Due to custom fees, we do not accept returns on international purchases. Therefore, the sale is complete when items are delivered to customers.
REFUNDS:
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on any accepted return over $75. Refunds are issued immediately upon receipt of an accepted return in good condition. There are no refunds on items lost or damaged in shipping. In cases of that nature, the purchaser should file a claim with the carrier.
